学习cosmos DB，也称作 documentDB，NoSql,不是关系型数据库，数据以Json的格式存储，灵活性强。

在所有操作前，一定要确保这个collection在database中存在，所以在初始化的时候，应该把cosmosDB中所有的collection都遍历，
判断是否存在，不然其他的api接口操作异常。
