不能访问windows installer服务

xp系统安装msi类型的安装程序出现以下错误：

不能访问windows installer服务。

解决办法

1：运行cmd -> regsvr32 msi.dll

     运行services.msc-> 启动 Windows Installer 服务，并设置服务自动启动

如果以上步骤不能解决，请继续步骤2.

2.下载xp补丁，安装即可解决
