在Linux下可以使用tail -f工具实时查看输出的日志。最近切换到本地Windows开发环境，顿时有点不爽。百度了下，终于找到tail的Windows的实现版本。
1. 下载tail，解压后将tail.exe复制到Path路径下，以笔者为例，C:WindowsSystem32；
2. 测试如下：
