MySQLdb的实现方法是： 
conn=MySQLdb.connect(..., cursorclass=MySQLdb.cursors.DictCursor) 
或者用MySQLdb.cursors.SSDictCursor。前者数据存储在客户端，后者数据存储在服务器。
